Hiroyuki specializes in management role in executive, new business development, engineer and consulting across technology and health-tech industries. 

He has been in the search business in Japan since 2003 and previously worked in the IT industry for 4 years. Prior to joining RGF Executive Search Japan, he was in a well-known Japanese recruitment firm and won several awards for his performance and achievements.

After joined RGF Executive Search Japan in 2018, He is focusing Digital Transformation, AI, IoT, Big Data, Health Management, Wearable, Health Platforms, Online Medical Care, Digital in Healthcare etc.

Originally from Hyogo, Japan, Hiroyuki received a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Doshisha University in Kyoto. He is fully bilingual in Japanese and English.

Outside the office, Hiroyuki enjoys hiking, distance running and watching sports.
