Oshieka is a specialist and focuses on Mid to Executive level roles in supply chain/procurement positions She has been in the search business since 2021 and has successfully completed many assignments in healthcare/industry/retail sectors.  

Originally from Nepal, Oshieka received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University with a major in Strategic Management and Organization. She is fluent in English as well as her native Nepali. 

Outside the office, Oshieka enjoys reading and travelling to less known places of the world.
