Rajesh is an executive search consultant specializing in the Japan and Asia technology industries since 2005. He has been working in ICT in Japan more than five years, mainly with  cloud, software, and hardware technology vendors. Rajesh is focused on searches in infrastructure and consulting services from mid-career roles to the executive level, where his versatility has allowed him to successfully support numerous clients.

With more than 10 years of experience Rajesh has gained exceptional communication and sourcing (headhunting) skills, which he applies to all of his search assignments. His strong, long-term client relationships across a wide scope of client firms in APAC, including start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, enable Rajesh to maintain a continuously fresh and informed view of the market.

Rajesh received his Law degree from the Symbiosis University in Pune, India. He speaks English and basic Japanese.
