Ted specializes in the Financial & Professional services industry. He first entered the recruitment business in 2005 covering front office positions in banking and global markets in Japan. He also spent 7 years in Hong Kong building out and managing a finance team covering roles from front to back office and managed over 30 people as head of the office before moving back to Japan in early 2019.

Ted joined RGF Executive in 2019, and currently manages the Finance front office team, covering roles in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, VC, and Professional Services. 

He has an extensive network across Asia and also a strong track record in the placement of senior and C-level professionals within Corporate side looking to hire investment banking / Strategy Consulting professionals. 

Ted was born in Chiba and speaks both Japanese and English.
