Yusaku focuses on mid to senior level searches for sales/marketing/content production positions within the entertainment (music, film, animation, publishing, etc.), digital media, online services, and consumer goods industries. He has been involved in the recruiting industry since 2015.

Prior to joining RGF Executive Search, he managed an entertainment team and initiated and executed special recruiting projects for a consumer goods focused agency. He has successfully completed numerous executive search assignments in the sales/marketing/content production space as well as for global companies.

Yusaku is a native of Tokyo and holds a Bachelor's degree in International Communications from Bunkyo University. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling.
