The Recruit Group has been developing its services and operations with the aim of offering a wide variety of employment opportunities to users worldwide. As for our International Recruitment Business, we are expanding our service to provide recruitment solutions to all companies including Japanese, Western or local companies through our Executive Search Business which focuses on senior executives and managerial positions and Selection Business which focuses on junior to middle manager positions.
In Thailand, Recruit’s Bó Lè Associates Group Limited has been providing executive search services to multinational companies and local companies in Bangkok. While nearly 5,000 Japanese companies are said to be extending their presence to Thailand, contributing to a scale that is second to Shanghai in the Asian market, this trend of Japanese companies expanding into the ASEAN market is expected to accelerate in the future. In light of these market developments, Recruit has established a permanent placement business to offer services to Japanese companies in Bangkok in addition to its existing operations in Vietnam and Indonesia.
RGF HR Agent started its business since 2007. Currently the business is operated in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Vietnam and Indonesia. As for our RGF Executive Search, we provide search services to global multinational companies in Singapore and India.
