Suresh) hosted an India Business & HR Conference with cooperation of Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd., and Recruit Executive Agent Co., Ltd. on September 12th, 2014 at Gurgaon, Delhi NCR.
 

With the new Narendra Modi led Government elected in May 2014 as well as The Prime Minister's September 2014 visit to Japan, the Japanese society's business interest in India is at an all time high. With an aim to provide the essence of management in supporting to solve the challenges for the human capital and the organizations in India, we hosted the conference focusing on Japanese Corporations, inviting senior management, responsible person for HR and business operations including Indian and Western hemisphere headquartered companies based in India that also have business interests with Japanese companies.
 

We had the honor of having the following distinguished speakers and panelists. Ms. Nirmala Sitharaman, Minister of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Takeshi Yagi, Ambassador of Japan to India, Mr. Hisao Nakajima, President of NRI India who all spoke and covered the topic of current India market and the Japanese companies business interests and future forecasts. We also had an interesting panel discussion that had the participation of Mr. CP Gurnani, CEO and MD of Tech Mahindra, Mr. Shin Oya, Chief Representative, Japan Bank of International Cooperation, Mr. Aditya Vij, CEO, Fortis Healthcare and Mr. R. Suresh, Managing Director, RGF Executive Search India as the moderator. The panelists discussed the current and improving India-Japan partnership, robust involvement of Japan in large scale infrastructural projects in India and that India being seen as the base for future growth in the upcoming emerging markets in Middle-East and Africa. The panelists also discussed what India could offer as a source for skilled talent and localization of top talent in organizations and proactive role the management of Companies should take in the future considering this potential development. The panel with its diverse experience thus provided thoughtful insights on the subject.
