Viktoria Maslyuk
Talent Acquisition LeadAs Talent Acquisition Lead, Viktoria is responsible for recruiting consultants specializing in our respective areas of expertise to work within RGF Executive Search Japan.
Since 2018, she has gained extensive experience in the healthcare sector, with a strong focus on mid to senior management searches in the medical devices industry at RGF Executive Search.
She has been in the recruitment business since 2014, initially specializing in supply chain and manufacturing. Before transition into recruiting, she began her career in automotive sales at a Japanese company and also worked as an administrative specialist.
Originally from Ukraine, she graduated from one of the country’s oldest and most prestigious universities with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Social Work. She is fluent in English, conversational in Japanese, as well as her native Ukrainian. Outside of work, Viktoria enjoys cooking, reading, and exploring new places.
