Akihiro is a key member of the Consumer practice. He specializes in Consumer Package Goods. He has successfully filled numerous positions at the mid to senior level with a strong focus on sales and marketing positions as well as B to C businesses.

Akihiro has been engaged in the recruiting business since 2005. Prior to his executive search career he spent 14 years with one of the largest global consumer products companies. Given his strong industry knowledge and solid recruiting experience he is quick to establish credibility with clients and candidates.

Akihiro holds a degree in business administration from Aoyama Gakuin and has an MBA from IUJ.

Having grown up near Mt. Fuji he is passionate about river fishing.
