Amalyn earned her degree in Organizational Communication from University of the Philippines. Upon graduating, she joined a Europe-based consulting firm in Manila where she was exposed to various consulting projects related to Organization Development and Information Systems Design & Analysis.

Prior to joining RGF Executive Search Japan, she has successfully completed senior management searches through her previous executive search experience in Japan.

Amalyn is a core member of Healthcare & Life Science team, where she covers a variety of functional areas within Healthcare industry.
