Erika specializes in Middle to Senior level searches in Human Resources & General Affairs. 

After graduating from Nagoya Gakuin University, Erika studied abroad in the U.S. and experienced an internship during her time there. 

She began her career in sales and marketing working for a travel agency in the U.S.

After returning to Japan, her recruitment career began as a member of the HR development division in a Telecommunications Company. Erika specialized in New graduate to Senior level recruitment and recruited over 200 employees during her 6 years with the company. In her spare time, she enjoys working out and traveling.
