仕事内容
• Provide legal advice and support on PE/VC related investments
• Oversee all legal aspects of deal transactions with assistance from outside counsel, including deal structuring, due diligence, transaction documents, investment committee, execution, closing and post-closing monitoring and management
• Assist in other general corporate legal matters, as needed, from time to time
応募資格
• MUST be a licensed Japanese bengoshi
• Native level Japanese and business level English (reading/writing in particular)
• 5+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience focusing on deal/transaction work - M&A, finance, securitization, etc.
• Experience with Japanese financial regulations, including the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act
• Experience in M&A, PE, or VC a plus
• Legal qualification in the US/UK or another jurisdiction a plus
