You will be in charge of contracts and legal counseling in the legal affairs of the company
-Draft review of business contracts, scheme review, negotiations
-Provide legal counseling regarding business

-Legal experience in financial, app, or bar-code payment is preferred
-Minimum 5 years of experience in legal department of a company or a law firm
-Practical experience in IT companies or finance
-Ability to work autonomously
-Good communication skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Must be fluent in Japanese language and at least conversational in English
