Job Description
• Head of Compliance role that will oversee all compliance functions in Japan
• Manage licenses and relationships with regulators, including the FSA
• Develop, review and maintain compliance policies and controls
• This position will also manage a team of junior compliance professionals
• For candidates with legal experience, there is an opportunity to cover legal matters as well.
Requirements
• Native Japanese and business level English
• 8+ years relevant financial compliance experience
• Attorney qualification a plus, but not required
