Job Description

our primary responsibility will be to build systems that enhance the business unit’s capabilities. You will actively explore and identify organizational challenges, establish priority levels for these challenges, and foster a common understanding within the organization. By developing effective solutions for high-priority challenges, you will contribute to the long-term success of the organization. Your expertise in creating sustainable systems will play a crucial role in implementing and solidifying these solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively explore and identify organizational challenges, seeking proactive solutions.
• Determine priority levels for identified challenges and foster a shared understanding across the organization.
• Develop effective solutions for high-priority challenges, ensuring their successful implementation.
• Build sustainable systems that facilitate the long-term resolution of challenges and support organizational growth.

Key Deliverables:

• Strengthen Line Manager capabilities to ensure effective leadership.
• Facilitate the efficient operation of cross-functional meetings.
• Streamline and optimize the effectiveness of each meeting body.
• Organize monthly action lists based on outcomes from key meetings, providing clarity on organizational priorities.
• Create engaging agendas for key meetings to enhance employee engagement and collaboration.
• Foster discussions and provide guidance to facilitate the growth of key areas of the business.
• Establish mechanisms that enhance organizational discipline and execution, ensuring consistent high performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, showcasing your knowledge and expertise in the field.
• Strong change management skills.
• Strong background in line management, enabling you to lead and inspire teams effectively.
• Experience in sales or product marketing, demonstrating your ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver impactful results.

Additional Information

Native level Japanese and business level English are required for this role.
