As a member of the Digital Solutions Department, you will contribute to the DX (Digital Transformation) of corporate areas, including accounting, procurement, human resources, and risk management.
Depending on your experience and preferences, you may be involved in projects such as:
- Program management for the implementation and renewal of peripheral systems in conjunction with the ""ASPIRE"" business reform program
- Launching and executing individual projects related to accounting, procurement, human resources, and risk management
- Consideration of data-driven initiatives utilizing analytics
- Other new planning initiatives that contribute to DX in corporate areas
Required Qualifications:
Required:
・Experience as program manager / project manager / project lead
・Experience in implementation, maintenance & support for IT systems for accounting, budget planning & control, procurement or HR domains
・Experience in implementation, maintenance & support for integration across multiple IT systems for accounting, budget planning & control, procurement or HR domains
・Experience in creating or drafting project proposals, requirement definition and design documents
Preferred:
・Experience in system grand design or conceptual design based on enterprise architecture methodologies or modeling languages
・Experience in SAP implementation or maintenance & support
・Practical experience in agile management, lean or DevOps
・Experience in evaluating & selecting solutions such as SaaS, packaged software or consulting services
・Experience in architecting, implementing & using cloud solutions such as AWS or Azure
・Experience in working in English with out-of-Japan affiliates/partner companies in cross-cultural environment
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
・Thorough knowledge of either of accounting, procurement, HR domain
・Thorough knowledge of deliverables required when we gather requirements and design business and systems such as process flow, data model definition, system/data flow diagram
・Project management skills gained through success and failure with learnings
・Conceptual skills to analyze business needs and devise optimal solutions and architectures

・Elicit essential business needs considering the objectives through the engagement with users
・Have a bird's-eye view, being able to select and propose the overall best solution
