仕事内容
A manager responsible for evaluating potential sites for data center development or acquisition. Requires technical knowledge (preferably in engineering), understanding of Japanese planning and regulations, industry knowledge, strong analytical skills, and leadership ability.
Key Responsibilities:
-Initial coordination with local authorities, power and telecom companies
-Planning and managing technical due diligence for sites and facilities
-Consultant selection, tendering, and management
-Supporting project budget and schedule preparation
-Risk management, obtaining permits, and stakeholder coordination
-Market analysis and marketing support
応募資格
-Experience of Data Center Development planning/Project management
-Prefer Construction background
-Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
-Experience with Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
