As a Data Scientist in the , you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making for the Japan market.

Partnering closely with local teams across Insights & Innovation, Commercial, and Medical functions, you will lead and execute data science initiatives that support strategic business priorities.

Your key responsibilities include:
・Designing, implementing, and optimizing AI/ML models tailored to the Japanese market
・Translating complex data into actionable strategic insights
・Framing business problems and proposing analytical solutions
・Collaborating with global Data Science Centers of Excellence to leverage proprietary models and tools
・Supporting the execution of strategic recommendations in close partnership with omnichannel operations
・Visualizing and communicating analytical results to stakeholders and senior leadership

・Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in commercial or healthcare-related analytics
・Proficiency in machine learning, data modeling, and use of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
・Proven experience in translating complex data into actionable business insights
・Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
・Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (verbal and written)
・Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
