As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will lead strategic technology and data-related initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines. You will manage both Agile and Waterfall projects, supporting teams to operate effectively through coaching, coordination, and communication with stakeholders across regions.

Main Responsibilities
・Manage IT projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality standards.
・Lead project frameworks such as Agile/Scrum, facilitating meetings, sprints, and retrospectives.
・Identify and remove obstacles, resolving issues and risks to maintain project progress.
・Guide and mentor team members in project management and Agile practices.
・Promote effective communication and collaboration among internal teams and stakeholders.
・Implement KPIs and drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery.
・Support the adoption of DevOps and digital best practices to enhance delivery efficiency.

Essential
・Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
・5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or Scrum Master.
・Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese.
・Hands-on experience leading IT projects end-to-end under Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
・Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, or equivalent).
・Strong facilitation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
・Experience in at least one technical area such as Data & Analytics, CRM, R&D, or enterprise systems.
・Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.

Preferred
・Knowledge of Agile or Scrum frameworks, and familiarity with DevOps or CI/CD processes.
・Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other global industries.
・Relevant certifications in Agile, Project Management, or DevOps.
