-事業部門の会計要件を継続的に見直し、適切なシステムの開発および導入を指導する。
-月次の財務データ（損益計算書および貸借対照表を含む）を作成する。
-月次目標と比較した財務結果の分析を行う。
-事業部門内の財務パフォーマンス指標を管理し、部門およびグループの変化するニーズに対応しながら、正確かつタイムリーな財務報告を確保する責任を負う。
-適切な手続き・方針・統制が整備され、強固な内部統制が維持されるよう責任を持つ。
-内部および外部報告の整合性を維持しつつ、一般に認められた会計原則（GAAP）が適用されていることを確認する責任を負う。また、現地の法定報告要件への遵守を確保する。
-特別な財務分析や要請に対応し、潜在的な問題領域を報告する。
-部下4名のマネジメント。
-コンプライアンス関連業務の統括。

• Continually review the accounting requirements of the business division and provide direction for the development and implementation of appropriate systems.
• Prepare monthly financial data, including income statements and balance sheets.
• Analyze financial results against monthly objectives.
• Oversee financial performance measurements within the division, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting that meets the evolving needs of both the division and the group.
• Ensure that proper procedures, policies, and controls are in place to maintain strong internal controls.
• Maintain integrity in both internal and external reporting, ensuring that Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) are applied and that all local statutory reporting requirements are met.
• Respond to special financial requests and analyses, and report on potential problem areas.
• Manage a team of four subordinates.
• Oversee compliance-related activities and ensure adherence to corporate and regulatory standards.

-会計学、経営学、経済学、または関連分野での学士号を有する方。
　※大学院修士号、または公認会計士などの専門資格保有者を歓迎。

-財務会計分野で10年以上の実務経験を有する方。
　※外資系企業または外資出資企業での経験があれば尚可。

-ビジネスレベル以上の英語力を有する方。

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
　Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA) is highly preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in financial accounting.
　Experience in foreign-owned or multinational companies is a strong advantage.

Proficiency in English at a business level or above.
