Strategic Financial Leadership
• Partner with executive management to design and execute financial strategies aligned with long-term growth objectives.
• Provide data-driven insights and forward-looking financial guidance to accelerate profitability.
• Act as a change agent driving initiatives to enhance financial performance, operational efficiency, and enterprise value.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to deliver actionable insights to management.
• Monitor EBITDA, free cash flow (FCF), and other key performance indicators to optimize business results.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and execute cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Optimize working capital, including accounts receivable, inventory, and accounts payable.

Operations & Business Partnership
• Integrate finance into operations by collaborating with sales, marketing, product development, procurement, and supply chain to maximize value creation across the organization.
• Improve inventory management and demand planning, driving efficiency in materials, logistics, and labor costs.
• Evaluate capital investment proposals to maximize return on capital.

Financial Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Oversee accounting functions including general ledger, cost accounting, and inventory valuation.
• Ensure full tax compliance while identifying optimization opportunities.
• Establish and strengthen internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure adherence to regulations and corporate policies.

Performance & Cost Optimization
• Drive continuous improvement across financial and operational processes to enhance efficiency and cost competitiveness.
• Set and monitor KPIs to enable faster and more effective decision-making.
• Achieve cost reductions across the value chain, including logistics, labor, and overhead expenses.

Leadership & Team Development
• Lead regional finance teams, fostering a high-performance, business-partnering mindset.

-財務・会計関連分野の学士号必須、MBA/修士号尚可。
-財務・会計で10年以上の経験、うち3年以上はシニアリーダーシップ経験。
-FP&A、原価計算、在庫管理、データ分析に強みを持つ方。
-部門横断的な協働を通じて収益性向上や業務改善を実現した実績。
-日本語、英語にて優れたコミュニケーション力・プレゼン力・対人折衝力を有し、全社レベルで影響を与えられる方。
-製造業または工業分野での経験が強く望ましい。

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong expertise in FP&A, cost accounting, inventory management, and data analysis.
• Proven track record of driving profitability improvement and operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English, with the ability to influence at the enterprise level.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is highly desirable.
