As a R&D Leader, for your perimeter, your role is to:
・Lead the lithium-ion battery application product development efforts in accordance with our business strategy and targets
・Take charge of the day-to-day management of our Japanese R&D center and team specialized in lithium-ion battery application research
・Coordinate R&D activities with local sales team and other entities
・Support technical sales activities for the lithium-ion battery application area and adjacent topics
・Lead efforts to ensure that our portfolio of products is in compliance with product safety and regulatory requirements while meeting customer expectations

・Preferable master's degree or Ph.D. degree in chemistry, physics or engineering sciences and relevant work experience in the field of lithium-ion batteries and or electrochemistry
・Practical knowledge of battery materials and excellent project management skills dem
・Minimum 5 years experience in R&D, technology, application development or comparable areas, team management experience preferably in multinational companies
