-Lead product development and fund structuring, including documentation, in collaboration with legal and tax advisors, tailored to client needs, investment objectives, and regulations.
-Oversee fund administration, including management of SPVs and coordination with external fund administrators.
-Lead preparation of fund performance reports in collaboration with internal investment, asset management, and product teams.
-Manage client relationships by following up on product performance, gathering client feedback, and proposing improvements to existing products.
-Monitor regulatory and legal developments and coordinate with legal advisors to ensure compliance and completion of required documentation.
