Key Responsibilities
Customer & Data Management
Keep customer information organized and up to date
Group customers to send relevant messages
Track results (e.g. email opens, clicks) and suggest improvements
Prepare simple monthly reports on activities and results
Work closely with the sales team to support communication with customers
Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and run marketing campaigns based on the yearly plan
Review results and continuously improve (test, learn, improve)
Use different channels such as social media, website, online shop, and email
Manage content timelines and ensure campaigns run smoothly
Coordinate with internal teams like Sales and Customer Service
Website Management
Update website content and pages
Make small edits when needed
Suggest improvements based on performance and user behavior
Ensure content quality with global team support
Social Media Management
Plan and manage social media activities to promote the brand and products
Create and post content, and respond to comments
Track performance (followers, reach, engagement) and improve results
Content Creation
Create engaging content such as videos, images, and simple visuals
Support or lead content production and editing
Share content across social media, website, and online shop
Ensure content is both accurate and visually appealing
Online Platform & Customer Growth
Use the online shop as a platform to attract and engage customers
Set up simple registration and communication tools
Connect customer data to improve targeting and communication
Digital Sales Support
Support online promotion of products and services
Help explore new ways to grow sales through digital channels
応募資格
At least 2 years of CRM experience or similar marketing automation tools
Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience with social media and e- commerce integration
Experience producing digital content (video, image, educational materials)
Proficiency in Design tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva
Proven track record in digital lead acquisition and nurturing
Native level Japanese and conversational English to work with international colleagues
