Senior Associate / Associate Director

外資系資産運用会社の不動産投資チームにて、日本国内の不動産投資案件におけるアンダーライティングおよびエグゼキューションを担当いただきます。
マーケット分析から投資機会の発掘、財務モデリング、投資判断、デューデリジェンス、クロージングまで幅広く携わるポジションです。

-国内不動産投資案件のソーシング、評価、アンダーライティング
-財務モデリング、バリュエーション、IRR・感応度分析
-不動産市場・経済環境の調査および新たな投資機会・セクターの分析
-法務・技術・税務・財務DDを含むトランザクションマネジメント
-投資ストラクチャーの検討、交渉・契約・クロージング支援
-Investment Committee向け投資提案書・各種分析資料の作成
-既存投資案件のAsset Plan等の策定支援
-投資家、オーナー、ブローカー、アドバイザー等とのリレーション構築
-Business DevelopmentおよびCapital Raisingのサポート
-Researchチーム等の社内部門との連携

* Practical experience in real estate investment, preferably with exposure to acquisition underwriting and deal execution.
* Strong financial modelling, valuation, research, quantitative, and analytical skills.
* Experience preparing investment materials and communicating investment cases using Excel and PowerPoint.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is preferred.
* Solid understanding of economic and/or real estate research.
* Education: Undergraduate degree or above
* Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
