【Summary of job description】
Demonstrate innovative successes in Japan medical technology industry by driving cross-business/functional digital projects, such as process innovation and automation, connectivity with external stakeholders, to maximize our business opportunities.

【Major responsibilities】
-Implement digital related vision, strategies, processes & KPIs with country leadership team
-Lead cross business/functional teams in Japan organization to achieve our strategic digital transformation objectives ( Project management )
-Provide technical advices/solution to business/functional teams based on their business needs and preferences, including vendors recommendation, assessment, and selection. Often provide post-installation and integration support to them.
-Lead internal digital change management through various programs
-Interact with country leadership team closely and engage into key projects
-Collaborate with experts globally

【Requirements】
-Over 4 years’ experience as an individual contributor or consultant in areas such as data science, AI, VR/AR, IoT, engineering with strong interest in commercial topics and a strong technical background
-Experience of delivering creative/innovative solutions & project management to enhance revenue growth and operational efficiencies
-Strong business acumen (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operation)
-Understanding of or experience in multi-national companies
