● Develop and execute marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.
●Lead the development of ATL communications for brand building and customer acquisition through digital channels, including social media, SEM/SEO, email marketing video production and media planning.
●Implement innovative digital marketing and PR strategies to achieve business goal, work closely with Global Communications team to adapt plans to be locally relevant
●Accountable for budget control and sales analysis
●Monitor business results and campaigns effectiveness on program KPIs, with focus on ROI. Test, adapt and recommend new approaches to optimize results
●Work closely with digital / media / PR agencies on all marketing and PR initiatives day-to-day, as well mid and long-term planning
