-Maintaining talent pipeline and succession plan
-Training, counseling and coaching our staff and managers
-Improve employee engagement
-Conducting performance appraisal and annual salary review
-Developing and maintaining clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
-Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
-Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
-Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.

【必須】
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
-Minimum 8 years’ experience in human resources.
-Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
-Experience in educating and coaching staff.
-Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
-Native-level Japanese and Business-level English are required.
