Global Real Estate Investment Management

-Provide support to responses to client requests and the production of client reporting materials such as quarterly reports and presentations. This includes performing accuracy checks on the data requests, quarterly reports and client presentations for all separate accounts in Japan.
-Provide support with new investment decisions and on-going management and monitoring of the client portfolios. The candidate will be actively involved in the preparation of annual client investment plans which look at investing across different countries and real estate sectors on a global basis.
-Working closely with colleagues in other regions to ensure accurate, relevant and timely information on investment opportunities, client matters and reporting, to ensure clients receive a high standard of service.

-Degree educated and preferably have a relevant real estate advisory, investment, finance, accounting or related qualification;
-Professional career with experience in client service including client reporting desirable but not essential
-Excellent Power Point and Excel skills;
-Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
-Proficient in both English and Japanese.
