Global Data Center Platform

* Lead and execute acquisition, divestiture, joint venture, and strategic partnership initiatives within the real estate and digital infrastructure sectors.
* Drive the full investment lifecycle from deal sourcing and origination through underwriting, structuring, negotiation, due diligence, and closing.
* Identify and develop value-add investment opportunities and strategic growth initiatives in Japan.
* Evaluate investment opportunities and present recommendations to senior management and investment committees.
* Prepare investment proposals, financial analyses, and business cases in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
* Lead transaction negotiations and manage relationships with investors, developers, landowners, advisors, and joint venture partners.
* Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities.
* Review and optimize portfolio performance through asset management, value creation, and disposition strategies.
* Collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders in a matrix organization to support business growth and investment objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships across the real estate, infrastructure, and investment ecosystem.

* Minimum of 5+ years of successful investment and divestiture transaction experience in commercial real estate and/ or data centres, or both, including underwriting, valuing and due diligence.
* Excellent Analytical and financial skills, ability to review, evaluate and to correctly interpret data, and identify any associated limitations, gaps, and flaws, gather, and manipulate data to identify solutions, support recommendations.
* Proven written and oral communication skills in both English and Japanese, ability to clearly and concisely articulate issues, and build consensus around recommended solutions to an organizationally diverse audience functionality, seniority.

* A relevant bachelor’s degree and master’s is desirable or similar professional qualification.

* Willing and able to travel within Japan
