Position Title: Research Associate
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Directly source potential candidates from target companies via telephone, Internet, directories, publications, tradeshows, and other resources
- Generate target candidate lists for recruiting teams
- Create market maps of all key candidates in specified sectors
- Assist search consultants in approaching and screening potential candidates
- Communicate with consultants to fully understand their clients's businesses and hiring requirements
- Develop and maintain RGF Executive's candidate database with accurate, up-to-date information

- Undergraduate degree or higher
