Founded in Tokyo in 1998, RGF Executive Search Japan is the bilingual, executive search arm of Recruit, Japan's largest recruiting group. We offer recruiting solutions to clients, mainly foreign capital companies, seeking bilingual management talent in Japan and across Asia. Our hybrid model of providing both retained and contingent search services has already made us one of the most successful and respected firms in Japan, and we are aiming even higher.
