Yu focuses on mid- to senior-level search for the healthcare and life sciences market. He has been in the search business in Japan since 2006 and has successfully completed numerous assignments in his core area of life sciences and diagnostics, including Director positions. With over nine years of experience in search, Yu has successfully helped many firms to expand their Japan-based organizations.

Before joining RGF Executive Search Japan, Yu was a consultant for five years at a major Japanese recruitment firm, where he covered the healthcare and life sciences industry, including the start-up of a team in Yokohama from 2011. Yu has placed nearly 400 candidates so far, giving him wide experience and a broad viewpoint in the industry.

Yu received a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from Tottori University.
