As publicly announced by Fullcast Holdings Co., Ltd. and Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd., our business, RGF Talent Solutions Japan K.K., is scheduled to continue under a new parent company effective April 1, 2026.

1. As of April 1, 2026, there is no material change to day-to-day operations or service delivery

  • Our company name, office locations, and core teams will continue as they are
  • Our services, ongoing searches, and points of contact remain unchanged in principle
  • The commercial framework of our relationships (including existing contracts and fee structures) continues; if any updates are required, we will communicate clearly and in advance

 

2. Our commitment to quality and continuity remains the same

We will continue to support critical hiring and career decisions with the same standards of discretion, responsiveness, and disciplined delivery.
