■運用期間中から売却までの一連の業務対応
■不動産・債権を対象としたオポチュニスティック投資案件におけるアセットマネジメント全般
■物件の売却（ディスポジション）に関する業務全般
■リファイナンスに関する業務全般
■ミドルオフィス機能の管理・マネジメント
■サブアセットマネージャー、運営会社、プロパティマネージャーなど関連業者の調整・対応

■英語力不問ｘオポファンド
■幅広いアセットクラスに関与（レジやホテル、旅館、オフィスなど）
Requirements

■不動産ファンドにおけるアセットマネジメント経験
