・デューデリジェンス、買収交渉、契約調整
・不動産価値向上プラン（リノベーション、テナント変更等）の実行
・資金調達とリスク管理
・定期的な投資家報告とパフォーマンスモニタリング
Requirements
【必須】
■アクイジション経験（オフィス経験は必須）
■ビジネスレベルの英語力
【歓迎】
■オフマーケットでのソーシング経験
