投資機会の発掘・実行（アクイジション）からアセットマネジメント、対外関係（投資家・パートナー・規制当局）対応など
■グローバル企業の資本力やブランド力を生かした事業展開が可能
■日本市場でトラックレコードはあるものの、実質的には新規立ち上げポジション
Requirements
【必須】
■不動産ファンドにおけるソーシング含むアクイジション～AM経験
※インダストリアルアセット経験、バリューアッド経験は尚可
■スムーズな意思疎通ができるレベルの英語力（上長は外国籍の方）
