Job Description
■投資検討案件におけるキャッシュフロー分析・モデリングおよび価格検証を実施
■トランザクションのプライシングおよびエグゼキューション業務をサポート
■市場・物件データの精査を行い、価格算定に影響する課題の特定・対応を実施
■市況・過去実績のリサーチを通じたマーケット分析および投資判断資料の作成
■社内会議・投資委員会向けの資料作成や定期レポーティング、アドホック分析に対応
Requirements
【必須】
■投資銀行や不動産ファンド、またはBig4のFAやバリュエーションチームにおける実務経験
■ビジネスレベルの英語力
