Job Description
-AM業務、ファンドマネジメントなど
-投資不動産の運用業務、レポート作成など
-ノンリコースローン調達等のレンダー対応、ストラクチャーの構築、エクイティのアレンジメントなど
上記他、経験に応じて業務をお任せする予定です。
Requirements
-PM業務の経験者であればAM業務未経験者も可
-能動的に行動できる方
-仕事を前向きに取り組める方
-コミュニケーションスキルの高い方
