Job Description
【主な職務】
・ソーシング、Valuation、DD、ディール設計、交渉
・PMIを自らリードし、買収した事業の成長をリード
・既存事業のポートフォリオを評価し成長が鈍化した事業の再編・撤退・縮小の意思決定を主導
・必要に応じて、特定事業の事業責任者として自らP/Lを持ち、事業を率いる
・CEO・CFOとともに重要な戦略案件を推進（必要に応じ資本配分、事業ポートフォリオマネジメント、Strategic Financeまで関与）
Requirements
【応募要件】
・IBD、PEなどの経験者
・事業会社で経営企画、事業企画、MA担当など経験者
・AI業界への知識マスト（今後同業界へのMAが増加予定）
・英語は無くても可

オフィス都内。週３出社
