Prior to joining the firm, she built her career at a leading financial institution, where she gained extensive consultative sales experience across both retail and corporate segments. In retail banking, she supported clients from diverse backgrounds, while on the wholesale side, she worked closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including business owners of small and mid-sized enterprises.
Through these experiences, she has developed a strong ability to identify underlying needs, clarify key challenges, and deliver well-structured, tailored proposals. She has received numerous internal awards across every department she has worked in, including an Executive Officer Award, as well as MVP awards, monthly performance awards, and Good Deal awards. She is particularly skilled at listening carefully, distilling complex situations, and turning insights into practical solutions.
Wakana studied abroad in Canada, gaining a multifaceted perspective and strong cross-cultural awareness. She is particularly skilled at organizing complex information, aligning assumptions and expectations through clear communication, and building trust with stakeholders. She is committed to building trusted relationships with both clients and candidates, and to creating meaningful, high-value matches.
Outside of work, she enjoys Pilates, travel, walking, photography, and skiing/snowboarding.
