After graduating from university, he gained sales experience at a major trading company-affiliated specialized trading company. Since 2019, he has been involved in the recruitment industry, primarily handling specialized roles and sales positions in the chemical and healthcare sectors.

He has built a strong track record in supporting recruitment from mid-level to managerial positions, contributing to core functions within companies. 

He emphasizes building strong relationships with candidates, providing tailored career consultations based on individual career inventories and aspirations. For clients, he goes beyond mere talent placement, offering insights into recruitment strategy challenges and market trends to achieve optimal matches. 

Originally from Osaka Prefecture, Eiji holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Rikkyo University. In his leisure time, he enjoys watching baseball and traveling abroad.
