With previous sales experience at a specialized trading company, Eiji has been active in the recruiting industry since 2019, specializing in the Chemical and Healthcare sectors. He has built a strong track record in supporting recruitment from mid-level to managerial positions, contributing to core functions within companies. 

He emphasizes building strong relationships with candidates, providing tailored career consultations based on individual career inventories and aspirations. Originally from Osaka Prefecture, Eiji holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Rikkyo University. In his leisure time, he enjoys watching baseball and traveling abroad.
