Masahiro leads the Corporate Services practice, which focuses on management level search across the functional disciplines of Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, and Supply Chain & Procurement.

Masahiro has been in the search business since 2004 focusing on senior to mid-level search in Finance, Accounting, and Audit across industries. He has successfully completed numerous assignments, from Financial Operating Officers, Audit Officers, and Tax Directors to Accounting Managers and Senior Accountants. 

After receiving a Bachelor of Law degree from Konan University in Kobe and a Master’s degree in International Relations at City University of New York, he worked in financial planning and analysis in the Accounting Department and the Corporate Strategic Planning Department at Tokyo Electron.

Masahiro is passionate about playing baseball, running, and watching sports. He also enjoys coaching his son’s soccer team.
