Eriko Tsukamoto manages the Healthcare & Life Sciences team and specializes in executive search in Japan, focusing on retained and senior-level mandates. She has a strong track record of partnering with clients to secure top leadership talent for critical and confidential roles, including Japan CEO and functional leadership positions across Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, and Operations within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, and HealthTech organizations.

Prior to joining RGF Executive Search Japan, Eriko was a Team Manager of the Healthcare Practice at a major Japanese recruitment company, where she was consistently a top performer and a multiple recipient of the "MVP" award.

Eriko holds the Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) certification from the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE).
