Prior to entering executive search in 2016, she spent five years in the hospitality industry in the UK, where she developed the skills and pragmatic approach that continue to shape her trusted-advisor style today.

Originally from Tallinn, Estonia, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Product Design from Ravensbourne University London, bringing a structured yet creative perspective to problem-solving and search strategy.
