Julien is a Principal Consultant in our Professional Services practice with a primary focus on strategy and management consulting.

Originally from Germany, Julien speaks Japanese and has been supporting his consulting clients in Japan since 2013.
Prior to joining RGF Executive Search Japan, he held the position of Vice President at a boutique executive search firm specializing in the consulting industry.

His track record includes successfully supporting leadership hiring initiatives in areas such as Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, CIO/CTO Advisory, and specialized talent acquisition projects in Diversity & Inclusion.

Drawing on his background in project management at a game development studio, Julien leverages his domain knowledge to conduct targeted searches for consulting firms looking for specialists from the IT, High-Tech, Telecom, Media, and Entertainment sectors.

In his free time, Julien closely follows the world of video games, 3d-graphics, VR/AR and semiconductors.
