He has been recruiting in the Japan market since 1998. Prior to joining RGF Executive Search Japan, he was with Recruit Career (formerly Recruit Agent), Japan's largest recruiting firm. He managed a team of more than 20 members and received many prizes, including individual MVP and the best team performance.
