Kotaro provides executive search services to US and European pharmaceutical companies as well as top-tier CROs looking to expand their business operations in Japan. Leveraging his well-rounded knowledge of Japan’s pharmaceutical and medical diagnostic device industries, Kotaro is able to quickly understand his clients’ specific needs, and to help talented professionals secure attractive career opportunities.

Prior to joining RGF Executive Search Japan, Kotaro worked for more than five years at one of the leading Japanese pharmaceutical and medical diagnostic device companies. Before that, he spent three years at a boutique executive search firm in Japan.  

Kotaro graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He speaks fluent English in addition to his native Japanese.
