Since 2011, she has been engaged in the recruiting industry, focusing on healthcare institutions and the pharmaceutical industry. In her previous roles, she handled not only R&D, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, and MD positions but also Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Business Development, and Corporate Planning. This broad experience gives her deep insight into the pharmaceutical sector. 

She values open dialogue with candidates and always strives to understand "what is best for them," "what they want to be," and "what they want to achieve." She focuses on providing consulting that aligns with their needs and desires. 

For clients, she takes full responsibility for the recruitment process, ensuring the introduction of quality candidates. She also provides market insights and strives to offer mid-to-long-term support. 

She is from Kanagawa Prefecture and holds a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Cultures from Kokugakuin University.
