Eda is an Associate Talent Scout within the Market Intelligence Team (MIT) at RGF Executive Search. 

Eda is originally from Ecuador but has spent her high school years doing exchanges to different countries to broaden her mind. She moved to Japan in 2018 to pursue a degree in International Relations and Peace Studies at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University. Learning Japanese and taking foundations course of Bahasa Indonesia. As well, she speaks Spanish and English. 

During her university time, she was able to grasp the understanding of important aspects of recruitment such as, cold calling and how to approach candidates, by doing internships in the recruitment industry. 

Through her preparations she has honed her time management, discipline, and trust management skills to provide an efficient and excelling performance.

Outside of work, Eda enjoys reading neuroscience and self-developing books and podcasts, exercising, eating and traveling.
